Cancellation request for invalid card payment

Hello, my name is HYEMIN HONG. Yesterday, I tried to buy a train from Interlaken Ost to Milano Centralle. I paid after entering the card, but I couldn't buy the ticket because the time limit was exceeded, and I couldn't receive the ticket number. But my card has already been paid.  I immediately paid for the same ticket with a different card. However, the previous wrong payment amount has not been canceled yet. For your information, the new ticket number I paid is 140842355. I ask for your prompt handling and response. Thank you!
