Hi,

I was due to visit Switzerland during Christmas but due to recent covid restrictions I have had to cancel all my travel plans (flights/ hotels etc). I had bought two Swiss Travel Passes for 8 days from Happy Rail (16th Dec to 24th Dec) which are not been used obviously.

Would SBB kindly consider my case and refund the same if I provide the details.

A refund of the ticket is possible only if it is returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity.

Hi,

My 8 day Swiss Pass is valid from tomorrow (16 Dec 2021) but I sent for its cancellation on 28th Nov which is 17 days ago but Happy Rail have not refunded my money. They keep telling me that SBB has not refunded them. I really don't know whom to complain. I feel let down by SBB
