Can you change ticket date?

I purchased ticket from Spiez to Brig.

But It has wrong date.

I should have purchase on 05.02.2018 insted of 25.01.2018.

Reply to me as soon as you could please.

I just read you ticket terms and conditions.
I booked same route from Spiez to Brig on 05.02.2018.
Then you can give me a refund. Is it right?
Where can I get the refund?
I booked from Interlaken to Spiez and from Spiez to Brig.
and from Brig to Domodossola on 05.02.2018.
