Can you cancle my ticket?

I paid Intelaken->lauterbrunnen twice...The same ticket was paid twice because of the Internet problem. So I'd like to ask for a refund for only one ticket. If you look at the time of payment, you can see that the payment was made at almost the same time. I think it is possible because it is automatic payment. So I ask for a refund for one ticket. Please do that.
