Can buy super saver pass without any type of Swiss travel passes

Hi can I buy the super saver ticket if I do not own any type of sSwiss travel passes? Is the supersaver ticket open for public to purchase?

The “Super Saver Tickets” and «Saver Day Passes» are available with or without a Half-Fare travelcard (No discount) .

Thank you for the reply. So it means that’s I could buy the super saver tickets as early as now? It is open for public/everyone who visit Switzerland to buy the ticket right?
