I already requested refund of my supersaver ticket because after i bought point to point(regular) ticket in the same day as the replacement. I will have an exam which was the time unclear at the moment so i opted for more flexibility..

However, due to sudden changes in exam schedule, i cant travel at all on the day of my ticket validity. If i request a refund of my regular ticket (before the supersaver ticket refund process finalized), i suppose it's possible right? It has been several days but there is no clarity of my refund process.
