A ticket with wrong date

Hi,I want to request my wrong booking to change the date. I am traveler, so I had a mistake. I can show you my validity for buying new ticket with right date. If you ask me to buy a new individual ticket, I can do this. It's my mistake and I am really sorry for this, but I should change my ticket. Please help me to refund my ticket. Right date is 12.06.2018/Wrong date is 01.07.2018 My ticket number is 123878469 . Please help me.
