booking failed money deduced

hi ,

i had booked a 8 day swiss pass valid from 25.08.2019. After filling the form and giving card credentials, the money got deducted but it shows transaction failed. I dint receive an email too. i have mailed all this to ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please help me. I dont know what to do 😞
