Swiss Travel Pass ticket did not get generated

Hello!

I tried to purchase a Swiss travel pass through the SBB website. However, the transaction failed on multiple attempts due to the "verified by visa" section. Subsequently, I called up my bank and they helped get the transaction go through. The transaction went through and my card got charged, but, I did not receive any sort of email confirmation. I see no ticket under my orders on the ticket shop section as well.

Further, I see a $0 charge on my credit card the following morning by SBB.

Can someone please advise me urgently as to what should my course of action be in this situation?

I have already dropped SBB a comment in the comment/feedback section and am awaiting their response.
