Betreff: where to find my ticket?

I ordered a ticket from Grindelwald to Munich, but I haven't received my tickets yet. I have received my seat reservation confirmation (with the QR code) and my bank confirmed that the money went through. 

my travel date is soon so where can I find my ticket?

Normally you receive the tickets and the seat reservations in the same mail.
