Hi @medik

As @RolandP already mentioned, this is an “e-ticket” of the SNCF company “TER Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes”.

On the website where you bought this ticket, you can check the details or ask for assistance.

I have found two sites to search bookings:

TER (only available in French)

SNCF Connect (available in English)

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

PS, please do not post personal information or tickets in a public forum. Otherwise, unauthorized third parties could access your booking.

Hello @medik

As this is a French Railways ticket, you have to check with their customer support. This ticket is not valid in Switzerland.

Best regards,
