supersaver ticket change

I bought 4 supersaver tickets for my relatives who will be visiting me in July. I would like to change it to a saver day pass to give them more flexibile in their travel schedule. Please let me know how I can do so. Thanks.

Already bought tickets can't be changed. Please contact our Online Support: They will explain you the options which you have now.

I had the same request and reached out to the email you suggested above. They said - Supersaver tickets may be altered or exchanged prior to the journey, if a new purchase is made for the identical route.


That is exactly my intention as am looking to take the same route but with day pass have flexibility after that journey. Could you please explain if I can do that using tha SBB app that I used to purchase my tickets
