Hello, when I buied my tickets,I do wrong to order tickets with half fare card. Could I exchange my full fare saver day pass tickets ?

As a general rule, the refund of Saver tickets is only possible in a very few cases. In your case, since you made a mistake, it is possible provided you buy a new (correct) Saver Day Pass first. Then, claim the money back for the wrong Saver Day Pass stating the ID of your new Saver Day Pass. There will be a CHF 10 administration fee.

Use the reason "I purchased two tickets for the same journey but only needed one."

Hello,I would like to check that about CHF 10 administration fee,is that for all my tickets(two people of six tickets)or just for a ticket?

The administration fee is deducted once per refund request not for each ticket.

I applied for the refunds of saver day passes few days ago.
My refund request is once including 6 tickets.
But SBB charged 10 CHF for each ticket.
On SBB wwebsite that wrote "A fee of CHF 10 is retained for each claim. However, you can have several tickets refunded per claim."
Wnat could I do?

I applied for refunds of saver day passes in one claim few days ago.
It is 6 tickets in one claim. But The administration fee is deducted for each ticket.
On SBB official website that wrote "A fee of CHF 10 is retained for each claim. However,you can have several tickets refunded per claim. "

Please help me solve this problem.
