Betreff: name on Swiss Travel Pass and Passport does not the same

Hi,

I bought swiss travel pass rom agent in thailand and i input my surname "kanchanaweerawit" but it apparently show in swiss travel pass only "kanchanaweerawi". the alphabet "t" is missing which i am not sure it gone by system or what reason?

Other information such as date of Borth and Name is perfectly correct same to passport (My swiss travel pass didn;t show country and passport number, not sure this is normal or not).

Can i still use this swisspass travel in switzerland?

Thank you for your question. 

Usually when only one letter is wrong, it is considered a typo and you can travel with it. 

If you wish, you can contact the agent in Thailand and ask for a correction.
