Hi
I accidently purchased tickets online from Geneva to Zurich for 19th November 2019 instead of 18th November 2019. I have filled the online form for refund and also dropped an email to ticketshop@sbb.ch for the same.
Should I go ahead and purchase another tickets for 18th November 2019 or does SBB provide replacement tickets for 18th November in exchange of the incorrectly booked ticket.
