It is not possible to buy online the service to Tirano because the station is located abroad. The luggage can be sent to Tirano. Check in your luggage directly at the station. For information click here

You are right! Tirano cannot be chosen as a destination. It is most likely because Tirano is in Italy while the address search input includes Swiss destinations only. 

It is possible to ship luggage to Tirano as stated here:

Please pay the fee for the service upon arrival when dropping the luggage at Basel SBB station.
