What do you mean with customer number? If you need assistance, you can contact the SBB via the SBB Contact Center: Tel. +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) (available 24/7, sometimes you may be required to wait)

If you are locking for your booking number, you received an email with your order details.
