When do I have to pick up luggage at station?

I am travelling from Zurich Airport to Zermatt with half fare card and SBB ticket.

i will send my luggage on 19Aug 11am from Zurich Airport station using the station to station service. By the information in your website, the luggage will arrive Zermatt on 21Aug 9am.

My question is, can I pick up the luggage on 22Aug 1pm? Will it cost me any additional charges?

Thank you for your query.

You have a free storage on the day of arrival and the following four days. Every subsequent day costs CHF 5.
