Tried to buy ticket online as guest user, credit card charged but ticket not received

My Credit Card is charged but did not receive ticket.

Attempted to buy ticket online as Guest user.

Any help, how to get refund?

Issue resolved. I called bank, they were doing some system update which caused this. Thank you!
