Traveling to Jungfraujoch using Swiss Travel Pass

I have a Swiss Travel Pass. I will be traveling from Basel to Jungfraujoch.Can I book my travel upto Jungfraujoch in the SBB site or should I make reservation in one of the special mountain trains?

Also, while booking for a reservation to Jungfraujoch in SBB site, it doesn't have an option for Swiss Travel pass so I have to chose from a nearest station that is already covered in the Swiss Travel Pass coverage network.

I see that both Grindelwald and Eigergletscher are covered in the Swiss Travel pass. So should I book to Jungfraujoch from one of these two stations? Is this correct?

You can also find all the information here. You can make a reservation with the SBB or directly with Jungfraujoch Bahnen.
Eigergletscher is not 100% covered by the Swiss Travel Pass. The locations are Grindelwald and Wengen
