May I know which website can I book the train ticket from Interlaken OST to Bahnhof Zermatt? & train ticket from St Moritz to Zurich ?

You can book the train tickets from the SBB website, sbb.ch/en.

I'm holding Swiss Travel Pass, do I still need to book in advance or just buy from the ticket counter 1 or 2 days earlier before departure?

If you hold the Swiss Travel Pass, you do not need to buy tickets at all since the Swiss Travel Pass *is* your ticket.

Why do you think you have to buy tickets?

Thank you for your information and advise, so I just bring my e-Swiss Travel Pass and onboard the train straight away on the preferred time without going to ticket counter to redeem my ticket? I'm travelling 1st time to Switzerland in multi city with the Swiss Travel Pass bought at Klook.

Yes, exactly. All railways and public transport companies in Switzerkand are able to scan / control your Swiss Travel Pass.
