I bought a supersaver ticket from Zurich to Geneva on Omio app. I'm from UK and the Covid-19 policy has changed that I can not access to Switzerland now. Could I return my ticket? Omio told me SBB's policy of refund hasn't been updated so that they can not help me with refunding. They told me to contact SBB, but SBB team told me to directly contact Omio team. How can I do with returning the ticket now?
