Ticketing error

Jimcoleman
Traveller

I booked two tickets, one for me, the other for my wife, for a train journey from Zermatt to Geneva airport on 15th July 2023. I enetered my name as the first passenger and my wife's name as the second passenger. However, when I printed the tickets out, they were both in my name. The advice I received here is to cancel one ticket and buy another in my name, but these happent to be supersaver tickets so there is a cancellation penalty. Since the error was not caused by me, how can I find a solution that doesn't cost me penalty fees?

Hello @Jimcoleman

Why do we charge a deductible? Refunds are not free, after all they always involve costs for return and rework. The fee of 10 Swiss francs covers our workload.

You will have the fee anyways.

Greetings, AuroraD.
