Ticket payment taken from bank but purchase page says error

Hello, I am trying to purchase ticket from Zurich airport to Lauterbrunnen. The payment has been taken from bank but the ticket purchase portal says  that there is an error. What can I do now? My flight to Zurich is on 2nd March so I need to book this as soon as possible. Someone kind enough to assist me would be really appreciated.

Thank you for your question. 

Did you do thi purchase as a guest?

If there was not ticket purchase, it means the amount is only temporarily reserved and will be releasd automatically. 

You will see the amount credited back to your bank account in a couple of days. 

Please log in when you try again to buy the tickets: you will find them all afterwards under the section "my orders".

To prevent any error to occur again, I suggest as well that you delete your cookies and browser history.

Hello I tried to book again from a different browser while being logged in but had the same issue. It says "The payment cannot be made due to an error. Please repeat the process." Could you please help me book this ticket? I tried to call the helpline number but no one is answering the call. My journey is on 2nd March.

@EleonoraS I was trying Debit card until now. Just to be sure, I tried a credit card just now and its also giving me an error. Nothing seems to be working. I also tried from mobile browser.
