The payment has been made, but the ticket cannot be confirmed.

I bought ticket(saver day pass) on March 29, April 1, and April 2.

In the case of the ticket purchased on March 29, I received a confirmation email, and I can check it on the SBB application.

However, in the case of the ticket purchased on April 1st, I received a confirmation email, but it is not confirmed on the app.

The ticket I purchased on April 2nd, I didn't receive a confirmation email, and I can't check it on the app.

All three cases received approval messages from the credit card company.

I want to make sure that my ticket was issued normally.

If you have received the confirmation e-mail but your ticket does not appear on your SBB Mobile, maybe you can try loggin out and then back into the app. 

If you have not received the confirmation e-mail and your ticket is not visible, probably the purchase did not go through - even if you see the transaction. The amount will be refundend automatically. I suggest you try and book the Saver Day Pass again.
