Swiss pass number

 I have a SBB account but I'm unable to make a Swiss Pass account as it keeps asking for my customer number. I received a PDF file with my tickets but no 10 digit number. Well, actually there is a 10 digit number, but I don't think it's this one because the website does not recognize it as valid.How can i get my 10 digit number?

If you buy usual train tickets, you don't receive a customer number. You'll only get the 10-digits customer number (xxx-xxx-xxx-x) if you buy a subscripion like the GA travelcard or half fare card. If you purchased a subscription you can call our contact center +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.) to get further information.
