I have bought a 4-Day Swiss Travel Pass on SBB's website for me and my wife. Accidentally I have selected today's date(April 14) as start date of travel. But my travel is planned on April 26, 2022.
I have requested for refund immediately after I spotted the wrong date but I'm not sure I will get it as trip is already started as per date on travel pass.
Can you confirm if the starting date can still be changed or money will be refunded.

Hi I am having the same issue. I was trying to book for august but it automatically booked for today's date. Can someone please help me? Ive tried calling the customer support multiple times but its been busy.

Hi, I have the same problem. It never asked me for my date of travel and the ticket got issued from today's date (13th May). I tried calling the helpline but the calls don't go through. Please help as the passes are so expensive! Did you all get your refund? I just booked my family's tickets in the last 1 hour. Thank you!
Just wanted to update this thread and say my issue has been resolved. While the phone line I called was only in German, I could use the live chat option and get the issue resolved. The very helpful agent refunded the full amount and asked me to re-book for my actual travel dates. Now I'll try and figure out how to not have the validity date be the same as date of purchase 🙂

While booking the swiss pass travel card,there was no option to select dates on mobile..please help with the process of either changing validity dates or a refund..thank you so much.
