Swiss Travel Pass – Passenger integration – Children - Swiss Family Card.

Dear international clients,

We noticed that we have now and then clients who purchased a Swiss Travel Pass online (sbb.ch) for the entire family without entering their child/children (Age: 6 to 16 years old) in the list of passengers.

This force you to go get one once you arrive in Switzerland in one of our Traveler Centers. This is not necessary if you directly integrate your child / children as a passenger in the purchase process.

To do so just follow the steps:

1) Add yourself and your husband / wife / partner.

2) Add all your children. For your children in the age between 6 and 16 just check the box that appears.  “The Child is accompanied by a paret listed here…”

3) Once you confirm the integration of all passengers “Accept” (Red Button), the Swiss Family Card appears automatically in the cart. You get so the Swiss Family Card directly from the system.

4) For the child / all other children that are not your own sons or daughters, do not cross the Checkbox.

Many thanks and we wish you a lovely stay in Switzerland, of course mooving around with SBB 🙂

-->  For kids between 0-6: they have not to be listed as passangers and they travel for free.

Best regards,
