Super Saver Ticket Refund due to Illness

Hello, due to an illness, I am no longer able to travel to my destination of Zermatt from the Geneva airport.


I was filling out the super saver form on the SBB website and uploaded documentation. I've tried several times to complete the process, but I keep getting an error from the website form. Is there another way to contact someone and get my refund please? I have documentation and purchased two tickets for my travels. I appreciate any insight.

If the form shows an error message, please use a different web browser or device for the form. Most of the time it is enough to delete the browsing history and cookies. If it still does not work, you can also contact us at the Contact Center on +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or go to a staffed SBB counter on any train station.
