Hello, due to an illness, I am no longer able to travel to my destination of Zermatt from the Geneva airport.
I was filling out the super saver form on the SBB website and uploaded documentation. I've tried several times to complete the process, but I keep getting an error from the website form. Is there another way to contact someone and get my refund please? I have documentation and purchased two tickets for my travels. I appreciate any insight.
