Saver day pass for Swiss Rail - did I buy the right fare?

I just purchased tickets through the website and am concerned I may not have selected the right fare. Do I need some kind of pass or card to use this fare (ie: it says the GA Travelcard)? This is what shows on my ticket: Saver Day Pass. 2. Class, Full fare. The Saver Day Pass is valid for travel on GA Travelcard area routes in the relevant class.

Also, the ticket does not list the departure and arrival stations - is it valid for a specific zone within which I am travelling (Pontresina to Basel)?

It also appears I paid for train travel through both the SBB site and the Bernina Express site (from Pontresina to Chur). I have both train ticket and seat assignments from the Bernina express website and then purchased separate tickets for the Pontresina to Chur portion through the SBB site.

Does SBB have an email or toll free number for customer service?

Hello @eg67

Thank you for your query.

Seat reservations are only obligatory if they are marked in the timetable. You can find the validity of the Saver day Pas here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/tickets-for-switzerland/day-pass/saver-day-pass.html
We have a telephone number, this is chargeable: 0848 44 66 88. Otherwise you can get free advice at the ticket office at the station.

I wish you a nice day.

Kind regards,
FatimaH
