Saver Day Pass refund

SOLVED

Hi,

I applied for a refund for a purchased Saver Day Pass few days ago and haven’t got any reply back from SBB.
The red note “a refund has been requested for this ticket” was shown on SBB app with the QR code being crossed out.
My question is, in case that my refund request gets rejected/unanswered, is the pass still valid or will it be canceled without refund?
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Alamxi

Thank you for your inquiry.

If the refund is denied, the ticket remains valid.
If you still have not received an answer, you are welcome to contact the Contact Center (by phone or via the contact form on the app).

The refund conditions for Supersaver tickets can be found here.

Have a nice day. Greetings ZoeS

Updates on the case:

I didn’t receive any reply from SBB after the refund request so I decided to keep the pass and use it. However, when I tried to use the pass, the inspector told me that the QR code was invalid/canceled. I then asked SBB staff via email about the situation and they replied me that they refunded me already.

There are 2 big issues here:

1. SBB didn’t confirm the refund request like what they stated when I applied for refund. No email, no notification on app. Nothing. The red note “a refund has been requested for this ticket” was shown on SBB app with the QR code being crossed out => This status remained the same on the use date, no cancelled/refunded status notification on SBB app.

2. SBB told me they already refunded me on 23/04 yet It has been more than a month I haven’t received anything.

What a terrible experience! I ended up paying twice for a day pass.
