'Saver Day Pass' niet bevestigd na aankoop

Ik ben een buitenlander en plan in mei een reis naar Zwitserland. Ik heb vandaag een uur geleden een 'Saver Day Pass' gekocht, maar ik heb geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen. Ik heb bevestigd dat de betaling is gedaan bij de AMEX-kaartmaatschappij, maar de pas kan niet worden bekeken op de website. Wat moet ik in dit geval doen?

Wij kunnen u helpen in een van de nationale talen van Zwitserland of in het Engels. Nederlands wordt hier niet ondersteund.

We can help you in one of the Switzerland's national languages or English. Dutch is not supported here.

If you have not received an e-mail you either entered the e-mail address wrongly, or it ended up in your SPAM folder, or the payment failed. 

Your credit card must support 3D Secure for a successful payment. The amount charged on your account will again be released after a few hours.

Please retry your purchase.
