SBB train ticket payment repeatedly failed/denied

Hi. I tried to book fast train ticket from Geneve airport to Milan Central on 10:01 am, October 12 at

https://www.sbb.ch/en/timetable.html.

However, it has been failed repeatedly by using several different Credit cards (Visa) which I know they all work fine.

- Is it too early for me to book ticket on Oct 12?

- There is something I don't know to make it failed?

Thank you very much for your post. 

No, it is not too early; sometimes EC trains from/to Milan are quickly fully booked acutally. 

If there is a bug and you cannot end the purchase successfully, I suggest you create a SwissPass Login (www.swisspass.ch).

Afterwards, you can log in onto www.sbb.ch with your SwissPass credentials and save the payment method unter "my account" > "payment method".

And only after try and purchase the ticket. 

If you are in Switzerland, you can also buy the tickets by phone caling the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min): we will then send you the tickets by mail to your adress or you can pick them up at any SBB ticket counter before the journey.

Hi Elenora, thank you for the info. I have the same issue as jamesyliU1210. I am purchasing tickets from Canada for Zurich to Sttuttgart on your website in the last 1 hour. I have repeated get messages that the payment has failed. I have used SwisssPass credentials to login or to use ticket shop credentials to login but the results are the same.
