결제는 끝났는데 기차표를 확인할 수 없어요.
영리와 김진호 두 사람의 티켓을 한꺼번에 예약했는데 확인
이 안되네요 티켓 환불 요청 부탁드립니다. 또는 비회원으로 어떻게 찾을 수 있는지 알려주세요.

I purchased the Florence->Milano->Spitz section 3/5/2023 as a non-member.
I'm done with the payment, but I can't check the train ticket.
I booked tickets for two people, Jiyounglee and Jinho Kim at once, but it's not being checked
Please request a refund for the ticket. Or please let me know how I can look up as a non-member
