Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
Hello,
I had Leisure Travelcard that expired on 31.07.2020
According to https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/railpasses/leisure-travelcard.html
"Unused leisure days ... may be reimbursed. We set off 75 Swiss francs (2nd class) or 127 Swis francs (1st class) for every used leisure day, which corresponds to a Day Pass for the Half Fare Travelcard. You receive the remaining amount minus the customary deductible of 20 Swiss francs."
I have used only 4 out of 30 day passes. How do I receive the reimbursement for the unused days?
Thank you, and Kind Regards, Liana
Hello @evelance
If you up-sell your Leisure Travelcard to a GA travelcard, you will receive the unused days reimbursed free of charge at a daily ticket price purchased in the relevant class. To enable us to calculate the exact amount of refund, please contact ticketshop@sbb.ch for data protection reasons. We will then calculate the refund amount for you.

Hello @liana
Unused excursion days can be refunded at the counter. In the event of a refund, the price of the day ticket at Half-Fare travelcard (CHF 75 or CHF 127) will be charged for each day of excursion used.
I wish you a nice Day.
Greeting,
SandrineS
