Re Purchasing New Swiss Travel Pass

Hi all,

Season’s Greetings. I want to buy a Swiss travel pass (2nd Class, for 15 days) starting from 7th July next month.

My questions are:

1. Can I book Swiss Travel Pass anytime before my intended travel date? Or should I book now? Does the Swiss Travel Pass get booked out fully or unavailable during peak travel dates?
2.  How do I make a booking for Scenic Trains such as “Golden Pass”? Is it possible to reserve them one month before the travel date3
3. I read that with a Swiss Travel Pass, one gets a 25% to 50% discount on certain Cable Cars and trains to Jungfraujoch?

How do I make reservations for them? Particularly for the Train to Jungraufoch.

Any guidance and suggestions are much appreciated.

The Swiss Travel Pass is avaible any time. We do not have a limit.

You can make the reservation for the Panorama Trains on their site. This is the link for the Golden Pass: GoldenPass Express (gpx.swiss).

For the ticket for Jungfraujoch you can also check their site : Ferienziel unter Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau | jungfrau.ch

You can buy the tickets for Cable Cars online or on the spot.
