Dear SBB,
Hi we have booked two tickets from Luzern - Milano central. and our credit card is already money paid but the problem is that we didn't recieved the two tickets from the email 'karasi14@naver.com'. As we tried to found our email and it was nothing and we don't know the ordernumber as well but your company says that it is booked and already paid as well. And can you please send two train tickets to my email please. As Soon As Possible.

I couldn’t find any order from you.
If you haven't received an order number or a confirmation e-mail from the SBB either you can see any order under "My orders" in your SBB-account. Therefore your credit card was NOT charged, but the money from the credit card is reserved. Sometimes it happens that the amount is reserved for a transaction, but after a while the system recognizes that there isn't a valid transaction and the amount will be released.
If your money won't be released within the next days (wait at least 24h), contact our colleagues from the Ticketshop Support by e-mail: ticketshop@sbb.ch or by phone: 0848 030 030 (from 9:00-18:00).

I cannot find the "My Orders" and also we want our money back eventhough you guys said you cannot see my order. because when I check my card and has already gone my money. So we want a refund as soon as possible please.
