Paying renewal of Half Fare Card with voucher?

Is there a way of paying the 165 Half fare renewal with an e-voucher? If so how can I do this?

Thank you for your request.

The e-voucher cannot be credited online when renewing the Half-Fare travelcard. This is noted in the "General Info" before the purchase of the e-voucher.
Depending on the type of e-voucher you have, it may still be valid. Please inform the contact centre by telephone or send it to our agendas via the contact form. We will be happy to look into your request.
