Not possible to buy train tickets

Hello! 

I was trying to buy train tickets from Milan to Zermatt for 5th March 2023 on the website but the website keeps showing this Unfortunately it is not possible to calculate the entire route for all the various products. Please select an available option. The requested seat category is no longer available.

I have also tried the phone application as well which shows Ticket purchase not available. 

Please advise on what to do. Thank you!

Hello @hoyanyi 

There was a technical issue today, tickets could not be bought. They should be available via sbb.ch/en (no purchase of international ticket in the app, though).

You can also try it with Trenitalia, the Italian railways.
