Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I searched, but did not find answers in the frequently asked questions.
It's very strange, but I can't find where to buy a ticket for the Montreux-Lucerne Panorama Express. The mob.ch site gives me the opportunity to buy a reservation only for Montreux - Interlaken. Further redirects to the basket and there is no way to buy farther to Lucerne.
Could you please suggest a solution? ... You have the most expert answers in this community. ----
And - very important ??? - is the child ticket for 30 francs valid for panoramic trains?
Hello @Gala99
When it comes to public transportation, the only website to remember for ticket purchase is www.sbb.ch/en
There, you can buy ANY ticket for ANY train, tram, bus, etc. Also for the Luzern-Interlaken-Express. Simply look up a connection and click on purchase button.
The Tageskarte Gemeinde is valid as well, so is the Children Day Pass.

Roland

Thank you very much. I ve bought the tickets, but it seems that to buy the seats reservation I must go to the external site..... I wanted to reserve with SBB , but there were no options...
In Switzerland, train tickets do not have a seat assignment as tickets (except of type Supersaver) entitle to use any train connection regardless the time of the day.
Although we have a so-called nationwide integrated ticketing system, meaning tickets can be bought with any Swiss public transport company for any connection in Switzerland, and at the same fare, one who wants to reserve a seat in addition, has to do so with the company operating the line, in your case MOB:
https://journey.mob.ch/en/routing
So, to conclude: buy a ticket on sbb.ch, or with the ticket clerk or ticket machine on-site. And reserve your seat in advance. You do not have to hold a valid ticket in order to reserve a seat, however.
Best regards,
Roland
