Betreff: Kids names missing on the ticket order

I got point-to-point 2nd class tickets from Luzern to Lugano via Gotthard for my husband and 2 kids. My husband and I purchased Half-fare Travelcards. My kids were added to travel reservation with Children's Co-TravelCard. I don't see my kids names on the ticket reservation. Will they be allowed to travel with us on the train?

Thank you for your question.

Normally you will receive the Swiss Family Card for your kids. During the purchase you could select that your children travel with you and they received the Swiss Family Card in order to travel free of charge.

If you don't have select that you can ask at a desk in the train station when you will arrive in Switzerland. Search here for your desired station and its opening hours.
