Issue buying tickets on app

Hello, 

I've been traveling using the Arcobaleno travel card for many years now. I recently bought it again for 1 zone but on the app when I buy tickets it makes me pay for the zone I already have the Arcobaleno for and it doesn't give me another option like it used to. This has never happened to me before. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your enquiry.
For journeys beyond the zone border, tickets are only valid until the last scheduled stop within the purchased zones. After that, a connecting ticket must be purchased. If you have any questions, please contact the Contact Centre on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
