Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I recently purchased a Leisure travel card and almost every time I use it, I have problems with the conductors as they cannot see that I have activated it. Is there a QR code generated somewhere for the activated days that can prove that I have a valid ticket on the day? It doesn’t appear sufficient that I just show my Swiss pass. I note that this has seemed to be most problematic on days where I activate it on the day of use, so perhaps it doesn’t refresh in the system on the day of use??
Hello @Alice-day
Thank you for your post and sorry for the late reply.
This is very strange, usually you can activate the ticket for the same day as well. Please make sure your App is up to date and if possible, activate the day in advance.
If you do activate it for the same day, please do it by calling us (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min), so that the operator can also send you a confirmation email.
Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi @EleonoraS , thanks for your reply.
I have used the pass twice since my original message and I haven’t had the problem again (both activating the day before and the day of).
Kann jemand von der SBB bitte helfen @VlaznimA / @SandrineS / @ZoeS ? Danke!
