I want to ask about the refund

Hello,

I just bought a ticket from Basel to Interlaken.

But I think I had booked a Half-Fare Card Ticket. (I'm not sure, but I guess so.)

I was gonna book for a super saver ticket. 

And I actually clicked a super saver ticket button on the top of the website so I thought it was a super saver ticket.  

So, I want to get refund and buy a new one.

Can I get refund? Now I know there's no super saver tickets left on the day I want to leave.

Please let me know if it is possible to get refund.
