I paid but didn't get tickets!

Hi,

 

I just purchased two super saver tickets from Bern to Zurich airport dated 21-07-2017 at 07:34AM. I already got confirmation email from my bank that my credit has been charged but I didn't receive my tickets from sbb. I booked using my credit card starting with 41XX XXXX XXXX 3459. Please confirm if I need to rebook my tickets?

Hi AliMurtaza

I kindly ask you to check your spam folder first. If you still can not find a confirmation e-mail, there are two possibilities:

If you have placed an order by logging-in under http://www.sbb.ch/en/meta/login.html you will find the ticket on the right side under “My account” and “My orders”. If you don’t find anything, the order did not take place and we subsequently won’t charge your credit card.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to contact us by e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please also submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card.
