I kindly ask you to check your spam folder first. If you still can not find a confirmation e-mail, there are two possibilities:
If you have placed an order by logging-in under http://www.sbb.ch/en/meta/login.html you will find the ticket on the right side under “My account” and “My orders”. If you don’t find anything, the order did not take place and we subsequently won’t charge your credit card.
If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. Please also submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card.
