I didn't receive the ticket information I bought as a non-member before signing up.

I didn't get a ticket to Milan that I bought as a non-member. The money was already paid, but I didn't see the payment completion screen and I didn't receive the email.
I think it's probably a system problem.
Please check my name and date of birth and send the ticket to my mail.

Thank you for your request.

You have received neither an order number nor a confirmation e-mail from the SBB. Therefore your account was not charged and the amount is only reserved. Please also check your spam folder.

You can place a new booking online using a different PC/web browser or another mean of payment. Check your next credit card statement / bank statement.
