don't have a half-pair card, but I bought a half-pair discount. Can I use it after purchasing additional items at the site on the day? Or can I change the ticket?

Thank you for your query.

You have ordered a half-price Online/Mobile Ticket (Normal Fare) but do not have any reduction card and are over 16 years of age. We ask you therefore to purchase an additional half-price ticket in the SBB Ticket Shop (or with the application SBB Mobile for mobile cellular phones). Please present both tickets for inspection in the train.

If you bought a super saver ticket, you have to buy a new ticket without reduction and fill the following form: Refund of tickets purchased online and via mobile | SBB help & contact
