How to buy a Swiss Pass

Hello, I tried to buy a Swiss pass for 4 days, but it says that I need to contact support, do you know what can I do?

Try buying it from the Switzerland Travel Centre, owned by Switzerland Tourism organisation and SBB:

Experience has shown that buying from the STC is causing less issues in the payment process.

I am not aware of a general error. Please delete your browser history and restart the purchase. Use a different browser (Google Chrome instead of Safari etc.)
