Half Fare - Swiss Pass

Greetings Everyone I'm trying to buy a Half Fare Travelcard. I just created an SBB account and downloaded the app.
Whenever I try to buy the travel card (hitting the purchase 185chf button), a blank page loads and I cannot continue with the payment process. For personal data, I can only fill in the date of birth and the postal code. I cannot fill the customer number , as I do not own one yet. There is no email about a digital SwissPass.

Hello @smeriano 

Do you really need the residential Half Fare Card or are you a tourist? The Swiss Half Fare Card does not need a customer ID.

Sorry , let me be more specific :

I click purchase ->   (for the 185chf choice)

Then, on the tab

Travelcard holder

For whom would you like to purchase a travelcard?

I click my data, which include my name, my adress, my postal code , the city I live in.

Lastly, i click on I'm not a robot , and hit continue --> .

This is when I'm transfered into a banl page, and i cannot continue with the purchase.
